These panels have a unique design that ensures that they fit together neatly. No grouting is required between panels.They have a pattern on one side and are plain on the reverse side.

Installation Guide

Start by digging the foundation for an end or corner post

Install the post. Make sure it is online, vertical and correctly orientated. Measure the desired height of the wall from the top of the post and make a mark on the post at ground level. Set the post height accordingly. Pour concrete.

Measure the distance between posts (1900mm c/c) and dig the foundation for the second post.

Now place a panel into the slot of the first post at ground level.

Place the second post in it's foundation hole. Maneuver it into place so that the panel fits into the groove. Set the height of the post.

Pour concrete to secure the second post. Make sure it is online, vertical and correctly orientated.

Now level the panel and set it at ground level.

Place concrete under the two ends of the panel to secure it.

Repeat the above steps until the wall is completed with one panel at ground level between all the posts.

Now insert the remaining panels from the top of the wall.

Grout the join between the posts and panels if desired.

Posts are reinforced with 4 x 10mm corrugated steel

Concrete components are weigh-batched and machine mixed. Compressive strength is 40Mpa.
